Tihaljina ⬆️💚

Tihaljina is located in the western part of Herzegovina along the river of the same name.
The name Tihaljina was first mentioned in 1475 (there is a written trace). 📸
It is assumed that it is visible from a medieval copy of ancient Roman itineraries, perhaps from the 3rd century, in which the Roman road Salona - Narona with its stations is drawn, including Ad Fusciana, which was located on the site of today's Tihaljina.🏞️

The Buna is a short river in Bosnia and Herzegovina; it is a left-bank tributary of the Neretva. Its source, a strong karstic spring, is near the village Blagaj, southeast of Mostar. It is best known for the Buna Spring, one of the strongest in Europe and extremely cold water.💧

The town of Trebinje is located in the extreme south of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Trebinje is rich in cultural and historical monuments and together with its surroundings has the most protected national monuments in all of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition to its cultural richness, Trebinje is a phenomenon because it has more than 260 sunny days a year and is one of the sunniest cities in the Balkans, but the cold river Trebišnjica helps with high temperatures.
