Following the successful completion of her two-month trial period, we are very happy to welcome Judmira as a permanent member of the PSYMIA team in her role as secretary! 💙

Trots op de vele mooie ontwikkelingen uit periode 1 en vol enthousiasme zijn we gestart aan periode 2 van de opleiding tot Gezondheidszorgpsycholoog (GZ-psycholoog) binnen de samenwerking tussen PSYMIA, het Bureau Multidisciplinair Centrum (MdC) en het Orthopedagogisch Centrum (OC). 💡
​
🌿 We verwelkomen 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚, onze nieuwste PIOG, bij PSYMIA! ​
Sharenda, orthopedagoog bij het MdC, heeft onlangs periode 1 van de GZ-opleiding bij het OC afgerond en zal in periode 2 haar praktijkervaring verder uitbreiden binnen PSYMIA. We kijken uit naar een fijne en leerzame samenwerking! ✨
​
🌿 Al bekend vanuit periode 1 is 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐫! Het afgelopen jaar hebben we met veel plezier haar groei, ontwikkeling en inzet mogen meemaken en haar hierin mogen begeleiden. Het is mooi om haar verdere stappen binnen de GZ-opleiding van dichtbij te mogen volgen. Jennifer zal haar praktijkopleiding de komende periode voortzetten binnen zowel PSYMIA als het OC. ✨
​
🌿 Last but definitely not least: PSYMIA’s eigen psychologe 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞, op wie we heel trots zijn! Na het afronden van periode 1 van haar GZ-praktijkopleiding bij het OC, zet zij haar traject in periode 2 verder binnen PSYMIA en het MdC. We kijken ernaar uit om ook haar verdere groei en ontwikkeling van dichtbij mee te maken. ✨

📸 𝑆ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑎, 𝐽𝑒𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑒𝑟, 𝑀𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑧𝑎 𝑒𝑛 𝐷𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑒

🚀 En zo zijn 13 maanden voorbij gevlogen! Vandaag was alweer Nohemy’s laatste dag bij PSYMIA 🌱
​
In deze periode heeft Nohemy behandelervaring opgedaan met kinderen, jongeren, ouders, gezinnen en volwassenen, verbrede ze haar diagnostiekervaring, kreeg ze wekelijks (fantastische!!) werkbegeleiding 💁🏻‍♀️😁, waren thema-sessies aan de orde en is nog veel meer langsgekomen.
​
Bij PSYMIA hebben wij het genoegen gehad om te mogen ervaren hoe zorgvuldig Nohemy te werk gaat, haar leergierigheid te zien en te ervaren hoe groot haar hart is voor haar cliënten 💜
​
Volgens haar eigen woorden bij haar halfjaarlijkse evaluatiemoment in oktober 2025 en bij haar afscheid van PSYMIA, vandaag 15 mei 2026:
“De GZ-opleiding voelt soms alsof je jezelf onder een microscoop legt — reflectie op reflectie op reflectie. 🫣 Maar eerlijk? Ik leer zóveel. Niet alleen over het vak, maar vooral over mezelf.
En het mooiste is de afwisseling: werken bij het MdC én meekijken in de keuken van PSYMIA. Twee werelden, zoveel inzichten. Masha ​ danki pa e oportunidad aki y pa Meliza su begeleiding..”

Ook zonder basiscursus systeemtherapie toegankelijk, maar zonder deze tellen de punten niet mee voor het opleidingstraject.

Because of your presence and contribution, we look back on a very successful “Working with Genograms” workshop ✨
​
It was inspiring to explore family patterns, connections and stories together — from the roots 🌱 to the branches 🌿.
​
Over the course of three afternoons, we explored the foundations of systemic therapy, discussed key concepts, and practiced extensively with drawing genograms ✍️ and asking meaningful questions 💬.
​
As a first edition, this made the experience all the more special 🤩

Eight has always been my favorite number ♾️💗 It was no coincidence that PSYMIA was founded on February 28th, 2018 😉✨
​
Today we celebrate eight years of 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨.
​
Alongside the care we provide each day, this past year marked an important milestone: PSYMIA’s participation in educating 3 promising professionals on their journey to becoming Health Care Psychologists (GZ-psycholoog), which will result in them earning their valuable BIG-registration upon succesful completion 👩🏽‍⚕️📚🌱
A lot of hard work was required to make this possible, and I consider it a great responsibility and honor to guide these highly capable and dedicated ladies through this process.
​
With my specialty in Child and Adolescent Development, I often pause to reflect on PSYMIA’s development since her creation — and on my own growth in leading her with intention and dedication 🌿
As I reflect again today, I am filled with love for this work, gratitude for the privilege of doing it, and genuine joy in what we have been able to build together.
​
I am beyond grateful to God, who has blessed me far more than I could have asked for 🙏🏽✨ and I trust in His guidance for the future.
​
