Last Sunday I had a beautiful walk on and around the Jamanota hills; all the Cat’s Claw and Betonica (and many other plants) were beautifully flowering and I was blessed with the appearance of 4 Lora’s!

That’s why I decided for this month’s Micro Retreat to start with a sunrise walk in the Jamanota area (instead of the usual path) which means we will commence 6:45AM instead of 7AM.
