Have gone M.I.A from eating well and it shows in my health. Have been sick quite a few times. It's so easy when you are busy to let eating well slip. As a single mumma, nanny and business owner it is so easy to not put yourself as a priority. We all live such busy lives, running becomes the norm. So here I am to say, go a bit slower and look after you #1

The dreaded lurgy is creeping round. A few of us have been hit by it. Knocked for 6. I always swear by chicken soup. Good for the soul and for the sick. Vegies boost your immune system, the broth keeps you hydrated, with the protein and carbs for energy. If you serve your soup piping hot it's good for the sinuses too. Get on board. Oh and thanks to for your amazing fresh vegies as always.

Who doesn't love a Thai beef salad. Grassfed beef cooked on my $50 bbq. Salad ingredients from , exceptional quality 👌, home grown cherry tomatoes and jalepenos.
I used beautiful olive oil to dress my salad and to oil my steak pre cooking, just add salt and cracked pepper. So easy, so delicious and healthy.
