We’re hiring our very first team member at First Class Accounts – Point Cook.
When we started this business, it was just the two of us wearing every hat possible, bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, admin, client support, everything. It’s exciting (and honestly a little surreal) to now be in a position where we need support to continue growing.
One thing that’s important to us is supporting and growing local talent.
If someone is willing to learn, we are very willing to teach.
Whether you simply want a stable long-term bookkeeping career, or you want to use this opportunity as a stepping stone to build strong hands-on foundations for a future accounting or finance career, both are completely okay with us.

Some moments aren’t captured in photos, they stay quietly with you instead.
I attended our franchise national workshop recently, and somewhere between conversations, shared experiences, and learning, something shifted. Not loudly, but in that subtle way growth often happens.
This was the only photo I took, and honestly, I almost didn’t take this one.
I was too busy having conversations. 😅 Catching up with fellow franchisees, meeting new partners, and learning about the different businesses and solutions within the network. The kind of conversations where time just disappears!
But I’m glad I got at least one photo with someone I deeply respect. Her energy is not the loud kind, but the kind that stays with you. Grounded, thoughtful, and encouraging, while still giving you the clarity and honesty you need.
I left the workshop with more than notes or ideas. I left with perspective.
Sometimes, that’s enough... Actually that’s more than enough.
