Not the best prologue for Jacob Smith at the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge with a crash in the slippery conditions. Still finished 12th and in the all important top 15 to be able to choose a good starting position for stage 1.

I'm currently on the way to Abu Dhabi for the 2016 Abu Dhabi desert challenge with Don Mcgrath from CPW MotoParts. I'm Mechanic for Jacob Smith who just won the condo 750 on the weekend just gone. The coating on the shock bodies not only looks trick but it is actually a heat dispersant coating and instead of obtaining the heat gets rid of it reducing shock fade.

All the work done on the 1998 RM 125 was done here at workshop except powder-coating,shock body coating and anodizing. The bike is going to be ridden also build to show what can be done at PCW. Engine rebuilds,engine performance mods,complete overhauling,suspension rebuilds,wheel building,machining,all bearing replacements and generally finishing off a bike properly.
