TLS Productions brought audio and lighting magic to Bunbury's Skyfest at Koombana Bay on 26 January 2024!

We had the honour of providing top-notch audio and lighting production services for standout performances by the Koondarm Dance Mob, Anchormen, Fingers (Mitchell Cullen), and The Platinum Project.

Additionally, we ensured the fireworks display was accompanied by perfectly distributed audio along the Koombana foreshore, enhancing the visual spectacle with an immersive sound experience.

Perth Fringe 2024 is a vibrant celebration of the arts, featuring a diverse lineup of performances, from mesmerising theatrical acts to captivating musical performances across multiple venues from 19th Jan - 18th Feb. With TLS Productions playing a role behind the scenes, we are delighted to be contributing to the overall spectacular visual, auditory, and staging experience you can expect 🎭 🎪

TLS Productions is excited to announce its partnership with the for this year’s New Year’s Eve fireworks show, providing audio, comms and screens for the event.

Elizabeth Quay will be abuzz with the Fun Fair starting at 5pm, offering sideshow games, dodgem cars, and more. You can also enjoy food trucks, roving entertainment from 5pm to 9pm, and a LED Hula-hoop workshop from 5pm to 8pm. Don’t forget to visit ‘The Galleon’ at Stop 22 on the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail near The Island at Elizabeth Quay.

Here’s the schedule for December 31st, 2023:

- 5pm to Late: Elizabeth Quay Fun Fair
- 5pm to 9pm: Light-themed roving entertainment
- 5pm to 8pm: LED Hula-hoop workshop
- 8pm: Fireworks Light Show

TLS Productions was thrilled to collaborate closely with the City of Bunbury for their annual Christmas in the City celebration, held on December 10th. This year’s event returned to a one-day format, featuring the beloved Street Parade, Carols Concert, and a variety of festive activities throughout the day.

Attendees were treated to an array of delights, including food trucks, vibrant market stalls, a lively sideshow alley, an outdoor cinema experience, and engaging Christmas decoration-making workshops. These festivities took place in various locations, spanning Bicentennial Square and the Graham Bricknell Music Shell, with the colourful parade winding its way through the heart of Bunbury’s CBD.

We were honoured to collaborate with Perth’s vibrant Bhutanese community in commemorating the 116th National Day of Bhutan at Langley Park on Dec 17th. TLS Productions skilfully coordinated the staging, lighting, audio, and facilities, adding a touch of brilliance to the day.

The event was a vibrant celebration, filled with an explosion of colours and pure joy! 🎉

Perth has the highest number of Bhutanese citizens residing outside their homeland, surpassing even Bhutan’s neighbouring cities in India, underscoring the significance of the Australian Bhutanese Indigenous Project (ABIP) in nurturing and connecting this remarkable community.

🎄CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE MEZZ 🎄

TLS Productions have been busy this week installing an array of Christmas lights at in Mt Hawthorn as part of their ‘Light Up The Laneway’ events happening every Friday in December.

Join them from 4pm today where they will delight you with free family entertainment, cool tunes, giveaways and general all round good fun. There will be great deals from fabulous food stalls and a mesmerising light installation from 7pm.

TLS Productions were a part of the collaboration to bring SAFE 2022 to life at Perth’s Terminal 2. The June 25 showcase featured 10 of Perth’s emerging designers. TLS Productions created a lighting and sound set up that highlighted and added to the experience of the whole event.

The annual event has been created as a platform for local designers to showcase their collections to industry professionals. Since the inception of SAFE in 2020, TLS Productions has been a supporter of the event.

“I want to make it an event and experience. Something that you go to (where) you’ve experienced something more than a fashion show. It’s not just people walking on the runway.” Jody Carheel, founder of SAFE.

Queens Park Theatre in Geraldton has recently had the building’s architectural lighting feature upgraded. The unmissable new outdoor lighting element gives a new energy to the historic building’s amphitheater. TLS Productions designed, supplied, and installed the new IP rated LED lighting fixtures.

TLS Productions are incredibly happy to be able to continue to develop their relationship with the Queens Park Theatre. Previously TLS Productions have also been a part of other completed audio visual installations at QPT. Previously projects included the design and installation of the unique external dual LED screen set up located in QPT’s Amphitheatre.

TLS Productions has expanded its inventory with 30 Movecat Postage 24m 1000 kg D8 Plus Chain Motors. These new Chain Motors are accompanied by a new MOVECAT Motor Controls ED8 and a MOVECAT MRC 8 Remote Controls.

Movecat‘s PROstage D8+ chain hoists are a new MOVECAT product that are capable of carrying safe working loads of 1000kg whilst having almost identical dimensions to, and being only slightly heavier than, a 500 kg D8 Plus rigging hoist. This is through using new advances in technology and material processes. This has allowed for the MOVECAT PROstage D8+ to be so strong yet so compact and lightweight.

They are the ideal hoists for day-to-day rigging and have many professional applications.
