Construction Update: May 29 2026

Demolition of the existing Drag Strip has made great progress; over 2,250 tonnes of the existing concrete has been removed from the drag strip, and an Asphalt Grinding machine has removed more than 9,000 square meters of asphalt so far.

WESTERN AUSTRALIAN DRAG RACING HALL OF FAME - Update:

As a part of the WA Drag Racing Hall of Fame is the development of a timeline of the sports history from the mid 60s to present day.

During this process we came across the WA Drag Racing Hall of Fame 1.0 including a video on the presentation in 2009.

The 12 inductees were…

We will honour those inducted then and will incorporate them into the ‘official’ WADRHoF….
