⭐️ Executive Assistant
Permanent Full-time Position - Western Australian Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

Reporting to the Conference Secretary, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Administration team — managing communications, coordinating schedules, supporting events, and ensuring the office runs with professionalism and grace.

We are looking for someone:
* Passionate and committed to the ministry and mission of the organisation.
* Secretarial, Office Administration or related tertiary qualification.
* 2–3 years experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and a genuine team orientation.
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to show initiative.
* High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
