This Land Rover Discovery Sport came in with a frustrating limp mode issue, causing performance issues for the owner. This vehicle was referred to us from another awesome local workshop to diagnose the root cause of this difficult-to-find issue.

Another successful Advanced Driver Assist System (ADAS) calibration completed at SL-Tech Diagnostics!

This Volkswagen Touareg was referred to us by a trusted local panel shop after extensive crash repairs, which included panel replacements and a new windscreen. To ensure the vehicle’s ADAS features were fully operational, our Certified Technicians performed a thorough calibration of the following:

AASDN

ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS 🩺

This vehicle came in with a continuous battery drain. A new high quality battery was fitted recently by another provider, but the same fault persisted.

The owner wanted to get to the bottom of this ongoing fault and booked his vehicle in for a full, advanced diagnostic assessment.

A full vehicle state-of-health assessment was completed using advanced level diagnostic equipment.

The vehicle was then prepared for an accurate overnight assessment with detailed data log of the complete vehicle.

With the results reviewed, critical pinpoint testing was conducted referring to factory information.

A complete software, electrical and thermal analysis was completed which revealed the underlying cause.

The fault was found and fixed - without needing to replace any parts!

To validate this repair, a repeat of the overnight assessment was completed - fixed.

CAMRY HYBRID - RADAR CALIBRATION ✅

ADAS - Advanced Driver Assist System

Just one example of a recent successful ADAS calibration completed at SL-Tech Diagnostics by our Certified Technicians using industry leading technology and equipment.

This vehicle (Camry Hybrid) was booked in by another fantastic workshop in Warrnambool after recent repairs which included replacement of the front radar module.

As part of our quality control process, a detailed full-system state of health assessment was completed, using factory-level OE equipment.

A test-plan was then prepared which included specific module coding and an ADAS Radar calibration, using our industry leading equipment to enable all systems to operate correctly.

Following an extended workshop and road test evaluation, the post vehicle health check confirmed that this vehicle is all fixed, and ready to deliver back to the customer! 👍🏼

CONTINUED ADVANCEMENT IN TECHNOLOGY ✅

The team at SL-Tech Diagnostics now offer complete ADAS Programming and Calibrations.

All calibrations are conducted in house on various makes and models to OE (manufacturer’s) standards.

ECU Software Update & Program 💻

This Ford Territory was towed to us with a replacement ECU installed, yet to be programmed / coded and as a result the engine was not starting.

The team at SL-Tech Diagnostics used the latest Factory Ford software to update and program the replacement ECU, as well as fixing a number of wiring issues identified after a detailed diagnostic assessment.

With all the software work complete, and wiring issues rectified, this vehicle has been fixed and returned to a very happy customer! ✅
