I am spending time today BACKING UP my computer.

Nothing brings on more business stress, chaos and panic when your computer finally takes its last gasp and you have lost documents, spreadsheets, photos, presentations and more.

When did you last do a complete back up of your system?

Do you keep your backup hard drive or discs offsite? If not, why not?

If there is a fire (God forbid), there is not point having your backups at the office with your computer going up in smoke.

I just want to remind everyone how important good customer service is. Just this morning I collected my coffee and the lovely owner served me a piping hot coffee (just like I mentioned the week before how I liked it). It is the little things that make you feel like you matter and those special things that make you remember a great business.
