What a turn out we had for the Miss Kit Woodford Cup Fashions on the Field!

A huge congratulations to Davina Forth, taking out the coveted Miss Kit Lady of the Day and our runner-up Crystal Cu***ng.

Congratulations to the Murnane Family, Winning the Miss Kit Family of the Day, with Lexie & Charlotte as our Runners-Up.

Yet again, we had so many wonderful entries for the Miss Kit Junior of the Day, sadly there could only be one winner, congratulations to Alex Frost our winner and Audrey Hoy our runner-up, who stood out from the rest!

You all looked stunning!

This year, we were proud to celebrate 125 years of the Woodford Racing Club with a special morning tea held ahead of the TAB Woodford Cup race day.

We were delighted to be joined by special guests and guest speakers as we reflected on and celebrated the rich history and enduring legacy of our club.

The Woodford Cup on New Year’s Eve delivered a brilliant afternoon of racing, with local trainers well and truly leading the charge.

Simon Ryan capped off a huge day by claiming the Woodford Cup with Ocean Beyond, ridden by Jack Hill. Shane Jackson’s Bonfire Jimmy kicked things off taking out the first race, again with Jack Hill aboard, before Symon Wilde’s Reel Hot continued the local success. Jo Mugavin and Daniel Bowman rounded out a terrific day for the locals, with wins from Fox Strike and Arcandam.
