Today marks 3 years since Elisa and I took over Bond Store, and what an incredible journey it has been.

Over the past three years, we’ve shared countless meals, beers, gins, celebrations, and memories with so many amazing people. We’ve faced challenges, celebrated successes, and continued to grow thanks to the support of our community.

A huge thank you to our incredible team, past and present, for their hard work and dedication, and to all our loyal locals, visitors, friends, and supporters who have chosen to spend time with us.

FOH / Venue Manager

We are a microbrewery, distillery, and restaurant located in Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula.

We’re looking for a hands-on FOH / Manager to lead our floor and support the next stage of our growth.

The Role

Lead service, manage the FOH team, and deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

This is a working manager role you will be on the floor, leading by example.

About You
• 2–3+ years experience in a similar role
• Confident leader, calm under pressure
• Strong understanding of restaurant service
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverages
• Able to take ownership and make decisions
• Reliable and flexible
