Great day of learning and progress for Xavier in Busselton yesterday 🙌

For the first time since stepping into Junior Lights, he grabbed two 2nd-place finishes from his four heats, locking in a P4 start for the final. After a strong start, things unfortunately didn’t go his way when a bump from behind sent him off track.

Still, a massive step forward, and it’s only made him hungrier for the next one 💪

Great day of racing down in Busselton! Lacey is just a little bit happy with her trophy 🤣

Racing in Wagin today, wearing black armbands in honour of their Great Grandad who passed away during the week ❤️

It's been long 4 weeks of no racing for Xavier, and 3 weeks for Lacey, but this weekend we're back on track! All loaded ready to head to Busselton Dirt Kart Club 🙌

Just Lacey on track today as Xaviers race class is on track duties so he gets a week off racing (much to his disgust 🤣).

Yesterday was a tough day at the track for Xavier. He started strong in his new Koyote kart, finishing 6th from near the back in the first two races. Unfortunately, the day ended with two DNFs and a little bit of damage to the kart. Despite that, the kart performed brilliantly for its first run, and we’re excited to see him get more lap time in it over the coming weeks.

Lacey also gave us a bit of a scare after coming into the pits a little too hot, but after some ice packs on her knee she got back out there and rebuilt her confidence. 💪🏁

Thanks Koyote Dirt Karts, the kart looks absolutely amazing!! Can't wait to get it on the track this weekend in Busselton 👐
