Banks cash back offers are few and far between now, but one of the major banks are still offering a $3,000 cash back incentive to use their products if you are purchasing your first Home.

They dont participate in the first home buyer scheme but they do allow for Family Guarantors, so if you're a first home buyer without a deposit saved this could be a way to get into the market, plus use the $3k to help furnish your new home.

A Family Guarantee could be a good option!

This is were you can allow a portion of the equity in your home to act as supporting security for your Kids, meaning they may not necessarily need a deposit as long as they can afford the repayments on the loan.
