Congratulations to our two Phase 3, 2025 Fit Squad Winners! π
Margie Bryant & Brandyn Stewart took out the awards for their achievements during the Phase 3 Metabolic Conditioning Block.
Phase 4 Fit Squad kicks off Monday 13th October and is a Functional Hypertrophy block designed to help you build muscle, lose body fat and perform your best!
