MERRY CHRISTMAS WHANAU!!🎉🎉 Easy kai this year..I only cooked battered mussels for our kaimoana boards..that was entree lol wagyu steaks on the weber. Can't beat a weber YUMMM!! We had soo much meat & as usual theres too much. But thats how we roll. Sissy made a pav..she makes THEE best thick crusted pav..soo good! Chur whanau! I dined at the Cowboys League Club last week. Had a quiche with bean salad. The bean salad was bland so I went home & made one 😂 I bought red kidney, black & white beans. Rinsed them off. Air fried my salmon & cheesey cransky bcoz thats what I like. Chopped up toms, cuc, red onion, spring onion & caps. Olive oil & s&p and Bob's your aunty! 😂 its a meal in itself & full of flavour & I was happy lol 😋😋

Chur whanau! I woke up hungry for flounder. Went hunting, to the shops, came home with bay bugs instead 😂 I thought ok you need a salad. Bought some smoked salmon, NZ smoked garlic mussels, fresh pineapple, 2 big fat basa fillets & some kumara fries! Salad! 😂😂 made raw fish, omelets to roll the smoked salmon & smoked mussels & airfry the chips! That was it whanau with aioli on the side. Pineapple was juicy & sweet! Easy tea tonight. As usual i made too much for 2 of us. Oh well another day apopo. Chur whanau! 😋❤

Morena whanau! I was on the hunt for pig heads yesterday. Im yet to sus out Townsville for my supplies of our kai! Jumping on Kiwi pages is a big as help! I found some & fml $14 for a half a head! I saw the price, frowned & thought f*k it i want it! So I bought 2 halves 😂 I needed bacon bones & they didn't have any so I gta fat bacon hock. That too was 14 bux. So this bacon brawn was thee most expensive one I've ever made! Brawn on toast for breakfast YUMMM!! But in my opinion the bacon bones are definitely more tastier than the bacon hock. Flavors still there but not as strong as bacon bones. Still good whanau!! Enjoy your Sunday! Churchur!! 😋❤

Chur whanau! Lamb shanks for breakfast. Yes breakfast! 😂 put them in my slow cooker last night & got up this a.m & the house reeked off goodness! Made some garlic naan bread, stir fried veges & mash.
