☕️Here, Claudio likes his beans the colour before it starts setting off the fire alarm. His Italian heritage definitely leaves a mark on the intense, roasty - espresso cup he prefers. On the other hand, you’ll see Mark’s coffee get darker as the day goes on. He prefers a lighter, tangier roast in the morning to perk him up for the day which gets darker with more meetings he attends.
