Here the unbirthday bakery inspired pavlova I made for Karen's farewell!
It consists of 2 layers of pavlova meringue, filled with chantilly cream fresh blueberries and strawberries and topped with fresh berries again, with an addition of mint leaves and rose petals!

This is the Gay time cake variation for Esther last week!
I put a spin on tin man treats recipe, and turned it into a semi naked cake, and topped the cake with dark chocolate drip, with dark chocolate and toffee shards!

I dub thee cake "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID".
It consists of 3 layers of cake, vanilla , chocolate and another vanilla cake. In between each layer is a layer of wafer filled with chocolate and Nutella buttercream. And at the centre of the chocolate cake layer is a hazelnut mousse!
Cake is then decorated with some of Nick's favorite chocolates such as Bueno, Kinder, Reese buttercups, and pocky!

Finally found the inspiration to bake again! Happy birthday Jenny!
