Do something you love and it will never feel like a job 🙏

One of my biggest fulfillments in life besides my kids is…
giving another mum a pocket of peace in her home.
giving her back time she didn’t think she had for herself and kids
giving her a home that feels calm instead of chaotic.

Like let’s be honest life is already chaotic in itself. Hello sibling fights (can you tell I’m dealing with an energetic 3 year old boy atm 🙈) but honestly add in an unorganised home on top of that I think I would be in the looney toon house 🤯. And that isn’t saying this out of shame to other mums. Far out I know how hard it can feel to juggle kids who make an everlasting mountain of constant mess. I’m saying it in a way that I do what I do and share what I share because another mum having systems, routines and habits that actually work in real life… not just look good gives her the ability to breathe when she walks through the door 🤍.

Don’t usually share rants like this to my wall 😑. So this is so out of my comfort zone 🫣. Slightly twitching that I’ve shared this and it doesn’t disappear after 24 hours 😵. Might delete it 🙈.

But honestly I took so much time off my social media as I wanted to “plan” my content more. Hello “perfectionist and over thinker” 👋…but so much so that I lost the meaning as to why I even started this and how I grew this beautiful community in the first place.

I love home organisation. It’s something that comes so naturally to me and I’m actually quite good at (not to sound stuck up 🤥) but I have so much I want to share and even though I picture sharing it in a different way with highly edited videos and curating an entire plan….as if I have an entire marketing team helping, the reality is I’m just a one man show, a mum and someone who still runs a business and has clients too. And content creating is a whole other job in itself - planning, filming and editing. And honestly I don’t want to put that pressure on myself 😵‍💫.

I really need to get out of my head of over complicating things about hooks, making my videos as engaging as possible blah blah and realise I’ve already built the most beautiful community and I just need to share within the capacity I can (even with all the background noise 🧒 👧 and the season I’m in right now and just show up like I always have giving you the tips, motivation and inspiration to have an organised home ❤️
