Easy and delicious - give it a go!
The only way to eat good food consistently is to be organised... Today's "on the go lunch" prepared from leftovers of last nights dinner was a winner and so easy!
Ingredients
- roast chicken
- pumpkin
- rocket
- walnuts
- egg white
Mix together, add some balsamic dressing and it's done. Super easy to eat on the go and delicious :)
Plank, Burpees and Hill Sprints x 5 rounds! Love that we had the sun back for our lunchtime training session!

Lunchtime bootcamp with an amazing view, I'm still pinching myself that we get to train in this amazing weather in the middle of Winter... Kettlebells, hills sprints and a core blast to finish. Great work today team!
