To start / Sourdough, cultured butter w pepper berry salt, fig leaf ricotta, olives.

Sourdough crumbed eggplant parmi, pickled garlic scapes, radicchio dressed in olive brine vinaigrette.
On the menu whilst eggplants are eating so beautifully, alongside dishes featuring stonefruit, zucchini, strawberries, tomatoesโฆ.all the fun summer things โ๏ธ
We use our sourdough discard to replace the egg wash during the crumbing stage for extra ๐ฅ
