Rehome/Adopt Bulldog Puppies

Does anyone else’s Frenchie actually listen to anything they say? 😅
I have a 10-month-old Frenchie puppy. I’ve had plenty of dog experience before, but I’ve never met a less obedient dog! He listens to almost nothing unless there’s a treat involved — and sometimes not even then.
He’s been in positive-reinforcement training for about 2 months and he’s learning the tricks really well, but when it comes to obedience… he wants none of it.
Is this just a Frenchie thing? Has anyone found training methods that actually work?
