All our cakes are made in-store by Jo, our head chef who’s a qualified pastry chef with 20+ years of experience.

Working long hours day and night, Jo bakes and hand-crafts everything from scratch for our in-store cake fridge, as well as large catering orders.

Her specialties? Her famous caramel slice and her giant apple turnovers. Everything you see on our page is crafted by Jo from scratch.
