Before Mitch made his way behind the bar , he chose one final dram to share. The Glen Grant 1965. A Speyside malt that predates most of us, it carries citrus, dried fruit, baking spices, and a resinous depth that only decades of patience can produce.

From Bruichladdich’s terroir‑driven Rock ’N’ Reel to exceptional aged drams from Caol Ila, Bunnahabhain and Ardbeg, expect smoke, sea spray and quiet complexity in every pour.
