At Vets for Pets we love making vet visits a little more fun for both pets and their humans 🐶🐱
This month, every client visiting the clinic has the chance to SPIN THE WHEEL for fun prizes, discounts, goodies, and exclusive clinic offers 🎉🎁
But it’s not just about winning prizes — it’s also about helping pet owners stay on top of their pet’s health and wellbeing 🩺💚
So next time you’re in clinic, have some fun, spin the wheel, ask our team any questions, and don’t forget to check out this month’s handout! 👀
It’s Nutrition Month at Vets for Pets 🐾
At our clinics, we don’t see nutrition as just “what your pet eats” we see it as a core part of their overall health and wellbeing.
Diet plays a key role in supporting skin and coat health, digestion, weight management, energy levels, and even long-term disease prevention. It’s something we consider in almost every stage of your pet’s life, from young and healthy to those needing more specific support.
Every pet is different, which is why their nutrition should be tailored to their individual needs.
This month, we’re focusing on helping pet owners better understand nutrition and feel more confident in the choices they’re making.
We’re also offering FREE nutrition consults available on their own or as an add-on to your visit.
If you’ve ever had questions about what’s best for your pet, this is the perfect time to chat with us 🤍

Aging doesn’t always look obvious… but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening 🤍
Our pets grow right in front of us — from tiny, chaotic babies… to calm, loving companions. And because it happens so slowly, it’s easy to miss the little changes along the way.
Sleeping a bit more
Slowing down on walks
Drinking a little more water
Subtle changes in their coat or behaviour
Some of these can be a normal part of aging… but some can be early signs of underlying health conditions.
✨ The truth is — many illnesses develop silently, long before we can physically see them.
That’s why regular senior health checks are so important.
They allow us to:
✔️ Detect issues early
✔️ Monitor organ function through blood screening
✔️ Catch conditions that aren’t visible externally
✔️ Keep your pet feeling their best for longer
Our Senior Packages are designed to give your pet the care they deserve as they grow older — with blood screening, vet consultations, and tailored support all in one.
Because they may be getting older…
but they’ll always be your baby 🐾💚

As our pets grow older, their needs begin to change—often in ways we can’t see right away 🐾💛
Just like us, senior pets are more prone to underlying conditions such as arthritis, dental disease, organ changes, and mobility issues. The tricky part? Many of these develop slowly and silently, meaning your pet could be uncomfortable long before they show obvious signs.
That’s where proactive care makes all the difference ✨
Our Senior Care Package is designed to give a deeper insight into your pet’s overall health, helping us detect concerns early and manage them before they progress. Early detection not only improves quality of life, but can also extend it—giving you more happy, comfortable years together.
This package includes a comprehensive consultation, diagnostic imaging, blood testing, dental assessment, and tailored nutrition guidance—all working together to build a full picture of your pet’s health 🩺
Because ageing isn’t something we can stop… but it is something we can support 💛
If your pet is entering their senior years, now is the time to stay one step ahead. No pressure—just support, guidance, and care tailored to them.

Tiny paws, big personalities 🐾
Today these adorable Shiba Inu puppies visited us for their first microchip and vaccination — an important first step in keeping them protected and traceable for life 💉✨
Fun facts about the Shiba Inu:
🦊 One of the oldest native dog breeds from Japan
🐕 Known for their fox-like face, curled tail, and confident personality
🎤 Famous for the dramatic “Shiba scream” when they don’t like something
🧠 Highly intelligent and independent, often described as a little cat-like
🏔️ Originally bred to hunt small game in mountainous terrain
Why puppy vaccinations matter:
Puppies are born with limited immunity, which means vaccinations are essential to protect them from serious diseases. Their vaccine course builds protection as their immune system develops, helping keep them safe during their most vulnerable stage.
Microchipping also ensures that if a pet is ever lost, they can always be traced back to their owner.
For breeders, we also offer puppy bundle packages that make it easier to keep litters up to date with:
✔️ Microchipping
✔️ Vaccinations
✔️ Health checks
✔️ Litter documentation
Our bundles help keep everything organised and more cost-effective for breeders while ensuring every puppy gets the best start in life 🐶💙
If you’re a breeder wanting to organise your litter’s first vet visit, feel free to reach out to our team.
