Duckie and River 💜
On our run and ride this morning we encountered sheep, the girls have never seen them before.
Both girls looked but chose to listen and continuing running with me.
We saw people, birds, barking dogs and a cat who ran across the road in front of us, both girls acknowledged it was there but ignored it and continued on their way.
I would not have my dogs off lead in public areas if I couldn't trust them and my training with them.
I know my dogs limits, I know what they can handle, I know they trust me and follow me and what I'm wanting and expecting from them.
Being able to trust them because of the work we have put into training and building a working relationship built on leadership, trust, respect and love means more freedom, more fun and a better relaxing life for us all.
I have been extremely quiet on socials lately and want to apologise to anyone who may have reached out and not received a reply.
I made a huge decision to pack up our lives, say goodbye to sydney and move to the country to have a better life, not just for myself but for my son and my pack.
Due to this big move I am not going to be taking on any new clients in the Sydney region for now as travelling back and forth at this time is not doable.
I will still be continuing to work and train my dogs, adding videos and posts once we are completely settled in.

The girls have no complaints about our move, all my dogs have settled in and are loving life in the country. Exploring new places, swimming and enjoying their new home with a lot more space and freedom to live a happy and relaxed life.
I take my pack out for adventures as often as I can to ensure they get to explore and enjoy life as much as possible.
Thanks to today being warm and sunny, Duckie & River had a blast swimming and racing each other for the ball, while Stink & Lilo watched and joined in on the fun in the shallows.

Even with adding food as a motivation, she struggled to remain focused in the beginning, but quickly settled down and worked on remaining calm and following my instructions.
Repetition, consistency, patience, a lot of time and effort goes in to training your dog and ensuring that your commands are solid.

Don’t waste my time if you’re not willing to do the work. I can train your dog. I can coach you. I can give you the roadmap.
But I can’t make you follow through.
I can see when you haven't continued any work at home. I can see it through the dog.
You watched your dog succeed in the sessions.
You were given the tools. You were shown the steps.
So what happened?
We left & YOU didn't follow through.
You dropped the structure.
You weren't clear & consistent.
And now you're blaming the dog & still whinging.
Let’s be clear:
Your trainer can’t override your inconsistency.
If you come to me for help on behaviour modification & expect to see results just from our sessions alone? You will be disappointed.
YOU need to continue the work at home each day & YOU need to follow through with the advice & guidance I give you.
Your dog can do it, which has been proven. The question is, can you?
