From the Central Coast to the Victorian border (and beyond) we are the only dedicated emergency search and rescue helicopter in NSW.
Serving the community since 1973.
NEXT COURSE: Friday 19 June. Limited spots available.
Take your skills to the next level and do a HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) course with us.
The HUET course teaches you the skills you need to escape a submerged helicopter.
Once you have the techniques, they can easily be adapted to whatever aircraft you are operating. Every time you, your colleagues or passengers get into an aircraft, you’ll consider your exits, your harnesses, your escape plan, and after-ditching actions.
That’s what we teach you and our simulators allow you to develop your practical skills.
Come and learn from the crew that saves lives everyday!

Emergency services were called to Little Bay shortly after 11am on Monday after reports a man was seen struggling in the water approximately 100 metres offshore before disappearing beneath the surface.
Police, specialist water police, Surf Life Saving NSW, rescue helicopters and marine rescue assets conducted an extensive search of the area throughout the day; however, the man was not located.

Search crews are expected to return to the area from 8am this morning as efforts continue to locate the man, believed to be aged in his 30s.
