I’ve been getting a lot of DMs asking what my next chapter looks like…

It’s something that’s been on my heart for a long time.

I’m stepping into mentoring and coaching.
✨ Mindset + Fitness + Rebuilding After Trauma / Adversity

I want to help people rebuild themselves mentally and physically when life has knocked them down… and help them realise that the only real limitation is the one we place on ourselves.

I’ve been through a lot, and over time I’ve learned and used tools that have helped me work through depression, anxiety, PTSD, and limiting beliefs.

It’s bittersweet… because I’m not closing this chapter of Trending Tails because I’ve stopped loving it or because it’s not doing well.

Trending Tails is my passion.
But this work I’m moving toward… feels like my purpose and something I know will have greater impactful. 🫶

I did consider trying to juggle both, but I’ve never been great at splitting my focus.
Being a perfectionist, having ADHD, and a bit of menopause brain fog don’t exactly make that easy 😂
