πŸ’™ As Men's Health Week comes to a close, here's an important reminder:

Looking after your health isn't just about physical fitness. It's also about your mental wellbeing, your relationships, your stress levels, and knowing when it's time to ask for help.

Too many men put off seeking support, hoping things will improve on their own. Whether it's persistent stress, burnout, poor sleep, anxiety, feeling disconnected, or simply knowing something isn't quite right, taking action early can make all the difference.

This year's Men's Health Week message encourages men to check in with themselves, check in with their mates, and seek support when it's needed.

βœ”οΈ Book that appointment you've been putting off
βœ”οΈ Have a conversation with someone you trust
βœ”οΈ Check in on a mate who's been quiet lately
βœ”οΈ Reach out if you're struggling

Some helpful support services include:

πŸ“ž Lifeline – 13 11 14
πŸ“ž Beyond Blue – 1300 22 4636
πŸ“ž MensLine Australia – 1300 78 99 78

Whether you're on the job site, in the office, or at home, your health matters.

Let's keep the conversation going long after Men's Health Week ends.

πŸ”₯ What a day at Kurwongbah! πŸ”₯

Friday's 4WD Open Day was a fantastic turnout and plenty of action across the facility.

Seeing new faces experience the site for the first time is always a reminder of just how unique this training ground really is - over 1,000 acres of purpose-built terrain, live demonstrations, site tours, and some seriously good conversations throughout the day.

πŸ‘ A huge shoutout to Kev, who delivered an outstanding session packed with practical 4WD knowledge and real-world tips. Even the most experienced drivers walked away with something new to think about.

πŸ‘ Thanks also to Paul and Wayne for keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

If your team works in remote, off-road, mining, civil, utilities, or construction environments, there's no substitute for hands-on training in a real-world setting.

Come and see the facility for yourself.
