It’s only 25 days ’til spring 🌼
I love the energy of spring.
Fresh mornings and nights, warm days, the ocean clear and calm… and that little spark of creativity starting to wake up again.
It’s also that time of year when our bodies begin craving something different, moving away from the warm, grounding foods of winter and towards all that beautiful fresh spring produce.
And our hair and skin aren’t so different.
If you haven’t already, now is a lovely time to give your scalp a little extra care, bring some moisture back in if it’s feeling dry, and give your strands a little more love after winter.

It’s cold on the Sunny Coast today.
And before our southern friends and family start laughing, we mean Coast cold, ha!
The kind that has us reaching for socks and shoes over sandals, warm chai, pumpkin soup, and any excuse to run a bath.
It’s almost five thirty here as I type away, reflecting on a full, fun week of packing and sending orders, which we are always so grateful for and stocktake.
Because apparently I love counting things. Weird, I know.
So, the hair mask and bath await.
A little Nourishing Hydration Mask, a little steam, a little quiet. Bliss, really.

From the Thermomix… to homes around the world (and still very much our baby) ♡
This little dry shampoo started as a kitchen experiment in Mooloolaba that was tweaked, tested, obsessed over until it felt just right. Now it’s made near the Hunter Valley in a climate-controlled facility, which still feels a bit surreal tbh.
Same formula we first fell in love with just better. And scaled so more of you can have good hair days, more often.
And the rose quartz chips? We know, we know… ♢♢♢
They’re in there because Linda loves crystals. And has ever since she was a toddler. Rose quartz = love, so we sprinkle a little of that intention through every bottle.
So here is a couple easy ways we use to freshen roots, add texture, and a little lift between washes. ❀

A lovely weekend ritual of ours is to pop our hair mask in, grab a book, have a bath, sit in the garden… or whatever calms your nervous system.
Those moments we take for ourselves are so important and powerful.

Hair mask in (and yes, leaving it for a good 4 hours), bun wrapped up in silk scrunchie, masala chai brewing, book in hand. Maybe even an Epsom salt bath while the pitter-patter falls on the roof.
