Huge thanks to the team at for joining us at our quarterly staff breakfast! πŸ₯žβœ¨

We had a fantastic morning with Alex Tyson (General Manager - Carer Services) and Sue Hopkins (Peer Support Facilitator/Advocacy), who jumped right into the fun of our team-building exercises before sharing the incredible work they do.
Alex and Sue gave our team deep insight into how Arafmi supports and champions the carers of individuals facing mental health challenges. It truly takes a community of allies to support community mental wellbeing, and we are so grateful for the vital work they do for families right here in our community.
Thank you, Arafmi, for being such an inspiring partner in lived experience practices mental health advocacy! πŸ€πŸ’™

Women's Group for the month of April.

Open to all women who feel called to connect.

This Friday we forage in nature at Alexandra Headlands Forest and then the following Friday we get creative, building looms/macrame pieces using mixed media.

Research proves that regular connection, creativity, and community can improve mental health, reduce stress, and help people feel more grounded and resilient.

Essentially it's healing made fun!
