Meet Leigh…
👨🦲 I have always been passionate about training and health and played a lot of sport growing up.
Im originally from Victoria (don't hold that against me) and have been on the Sunshine Coast for the last 5 years. I have a wife and young daughter.
💪🏼 I have been in the fitness industry since 2014 conducting many training sessions over the years with different clients.
Strength and Barbell training is a big passion of mine and helping others utilise their time best so that they can effectively progress, get stronger, build muscle mass and ultimately achieve some amazing results is what I love most.
