Volunteering at Brissie to the Bay 2026 was one of those experiences that reminds you why community matters so deeply. Over 4,000 riders taking on the road together, not just for the challenge, but for something so much bigger.

This iconic event raised over $800,000 for MS and other neurological conditions — funds that go directly toward research, support services, and real change in the lives of people living with these conditions every single day.

For us, this impact is deeply personal, as we walk alongside many incredible clients who are living with these conditions and navigating their journeys with strength and resilience.

Watching thousands of riders cross that finish line, surrounded by volunteers, supporters, and families… the energy was something else.

Awareness wasn’t just raised. It was felt.

To every rider, volunteer, donor, and supporter — thank you. Events like this show what’s possible when we show up for each other.

You are seen. You are not alone.

Today, on World MS Day, we at Heart in Hand Support Services hold space for every person living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Living with MS is not a straight path. It winds, it pauses, it asks more of you than anyone should ever have to give. There are days that feel impossibly heavy, and moments that test the very limits of your strength.
And still, gently, bravely, day by day — you keep going.

That is courage. That is strength. That is you.

To those who love and care for someone with MS — your gentleness and dedication matter deeply too. You are part of this journey, and you are valued.

Sadly, this year’s Moonlight Walk has been cancelled due to weather, but the spirit of good people coming together for a great cause still shines bright. 💜

Heart In Hand Support Services has always been proud to volunteer for this beautiful event — standing with and supporting the neuro community across QLD.

Rain can stop the walk, but it can’t stop the heart, hope, and unity behind it. Let’s keep fighting for neuro, together. 🌕✨
