Why I’ve not been showing up….
Honestly my nervous system has been completely burnt out!

I’ve been showing up in life and everything seems fine but in reality I’ve only just been holding on by my fingernails.

Between getting made redundant, starting a new studio manager job, running my business, conscious uncoupling, house renovations, neurospicy kids and let’s be honest my own (self-diagnosed) ADHD brain, my adrenals were shot, my brain having a nuclear meltdown and my saving grace spending more and more time at the gym after 2 double shot long blacks before 5am. This was not exactly giving me the time and space to process, integrate and heal.

This week it all hit me at once. I had a massive dopamine high followed by a boundaries pushed and disrespected low - and then I got sick. I’m very sensitive to other peoples energy and for all intents and purposes I should have been wiped out, several days in bed.

But I HAVE been doing the work and I DO have the tools to implement the self-healing and that’s exactly what I did.

Nourish my body
Theta frequency healing
Grounding with mama Gaia
And my new saving grace thanks to my soul sister a supportive pink drink to get me through the day without 15 cups of coffee!

Yes, I did push through, but not without a reality check on what I need to do to support myself so that I CAN keep showing up.

Everything is shifting and changing but the best way we can support ourselves is to stay grounded, look after our own energy, let go of what’s not ours (beliefs, projections, fears) and surround ourselves with the people and the tools that will get us through this, not looking like something the cat just regurgitated 😹 but as the beautiful sparkly unicorn 🦄 you know that you are!

So much fun! Although I can see how much practice would need to be done to start working on the real thing!!
