Our community classes return Next Monday the 20th of April.
-Mondays, our "Mindful Movement" class focuses on core strength breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.
-Wednesdays we have "Movement for wellness. This class focuses on functional movement that is used in daily life and how to strengthen and maintain mobility.
Classes are for those looking at gentle movement or easing back into an exercise routine.

George has been with us for over 5 years and has been committed and consistent with adhering to his "Veterans Functional Fitness" program. This has aided him in maintaining his independance and functionality and in his wise words

What is the Veterans Functional fitness (VFF) Program?
- A program co-designed with our exercise physiologist and allied health team to improve mental and physical health through functional adaptive exercise, supporting independence and quality of life.
