The Ho’oponopono Prayer

Utilising the Hawaiian Ho’oponopono Prayer to facilitate energy transformation is beneficial in any area of one’s life. You may recite the phrases of the abbreviated Ho’oponopono Prayer continuously in any sequence you prefer.
Use the Prayer whenever you are triggered by unpleasant emotions, situations, circumstances, events, people, things you have done you are not at peace with and more. As you say the words continuously, the energy of the words permeate your subconscious mind and body, cleansing memories and beliefs.

If you find yourself consumed by mind chatter with thoughts that do not serve you, repeat this affirmation.

“Every inhalation infuses my body with positive energy and every exhalation releases me from useless and negative thoughts.”

When life throws you curve balls, or you have a dark cloud hovering above you, and you are spiralling downwards out of control with your emotions, and find it extremely difficult to have positive thoughts about yourself or other things, there is an effective method you can do on your own to overcome these.

You have a choice to consciously shift your energy by expressing gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most rapid and effective ways to change your mood, your energy, and most significantly change your vibration.

While you may not be able to find gratitude in your immediate situation you can reach for something, anything, in your life that does make you feel grateful.

Emotional hurt is done by design by your soul and the other person or people’s soul for growth purposes.
