ROEMECH just completed repairs to a saw motor for a client's cnc stone bench top cutter, some one previously attempted to repair it, leaving it with a lot of damage to repair, all assembly screws had to be drilled out and threads repaired with all threaded components being replaced, the front motor fl**ge welded and remachined, bearings replaced, once all the repairs were, done the motor reassembled and tested. We reinstalled the motor, and did some other minor repairs he required done on the Machine, the client very happy with the result.

ROEMECH just completed machining a pair of turbo mounting fl**ges, for one of our good clients, who will be using them to upgrade the turbo on a car build he is working on, they will be attached to an exhaust manifold he will be fabricating.

ROEMECH recently completed a BMW E82 diff center modification. The client wished to install a RacingDiffs limited slip conversion kit, ROEMECH machined off the welded crown wheel, assisted the client with the installation of the limited slip conversion kit. Then TIG welded the crown wheel back into place. As part of the conversion the drive fl**ge output shafts needed 4mm machined off the spline, ROEMECH machined these for the client as well. The client was very happy with the results.

ROEMECH recently completed modifying a pair of DragWay rims for a client's custom car build. The rims needed to become zero offset, needing to reduce the current offset by 18mm, the centers were moved in the rims 12mm, the spokes in the centres were machined to a chamfer to blend the exposed extra 12mm of center spoke into the rim, then 6mm was machined off the rear face of the rim centre. 10 New washers were made for the wheel nuts to allow for the 6mm removed from the rear face of the rim centers.

ROEMECH recently completed making some pins for a client, made from 4140 steel and threaded M27 x 2
