Would anyone be able to dog sit gorgeous Bailey between the 11th and 16th of Jan?
Hi Friends, this is an untimely reminder to check your dogs for ticks. Unfortunately, Kimba was bitten by a paralysis tick and is now in ICU on mechanical ventilation. While it looks like she may recover, this event highlights the importance of tick treatments.
Hi friends! We'd love to see some of our puppies! Updates Please!!! :)

Humidity - the ultimate disaster recipe for hot spots! This week we have been looking after gorgeous Max. Unfortunately, the humid weather paired with a synthetic collar is the likely culprit for the nasty hotspot he developed.
Our local veterinarian Dr Dave explained the current (Sydney) weather has been responsible for numerous skin conditions among long hair breeds over the last few weeks. The humid air gets trapped under the coat causing discomfort, the dogs scratch and often break the skin, the resulting lesions remain itchy, moist and susceptible to infection prompting a vicious cycle of scratching and licking only making the lesions worse.
Limit collar wearing to only when necessary, keep dogs clean and nails cut short.
Who can relate?

We would love to see some photos of our puppies! Please share some photos of your doggos :)
Just a heads up - Please do not be coerced by your veterinarian to vaccinate your dog against coronavirus. This gastrointestinal virus causes diarrhoea in dogs is in no way related to the respiratory SARS-CoV2 that causes covid-19 infection in humans. The CCoV vaccine is not recommended for all dogs.
