This Sunday! Can’t recommend Serotonin Running and Lyndal’s coaching enough.
At Serotonin Running, we already champion female athletes and their participation in trail and ultra running.
The International Trail Running Association (ITRA) are holding a virtual global celebration of women on the trails on 31st May to promote inclusivity and increase female participation in trail running. So let’s get on board!!
Please join us for a very social run or walk. This event is all about hitting the trails, and supporting each other. ALL women are welcome, especially if you have never run on a trail before. Want to walk? We’ve got you covered! We will have a dedicated walking group too.
You will be looked after, you will not get lost, and will not be left behind!!

🧭 Meeting at Prince Henry Picnic Area, opposite Katoomba Oval, on Cliff Drive, Katoomba
