HFC Christmas Bells — A Night of Enchantment

Coming back as a proud Familian to host this beautiful celebration truly hit home.

It was such a heartwarming night, especially being in the presence of my senior prefects — the very ones who once punished me! We reminisced about canteen gossip, school days, and those legendary plans of “moving towards the Saints.”

From laughter to memories, it felt like stepping right back into the best parts of our childhood.

A big thank you to our President, Rashmini Cahandawita for having me as your emcee, and a special shout-out to Krishan Perera our superstar guest artist, for recommending me for this event.

And of course, cheers to Band Battery and DJ Imthi for keeping the energy high all night long!

Hosting and celebrating the Nalanda Maroon & Silver Centennial Gala Dance 2025 in Melbourne

A night that brought together 681 guests, including 308 proud Nalandians, to honour 100 glorious years of Nalanda College, Colombo.

From the elegant harp prelude to the anthemic flag-raising, the electrifying dance floor with thr amazing band Sarith Surith and the News and Dj Rush, and the brotherhood that filled the room.

A heartfelt thank you to Buddhima and Dr. Manjula Kulatuga for introducing me to the Nalanda Melbourne family.
Congratulations to the President Aki Gamage and the dynamic committee for putting on such a grand celebration.
