Planning is the most crucial stage of your whole build process, because if you don't spend enough time planning, you'll end up being disappointed with the end result. Make sure you're clear on the plans - if you need help visualising it to help you make the right decisions, reach out to our team.

When you get to walk through your actual plans, you get to see & understand exactly how things are laid out and where the space has been allocated. Compared to a display home, this is actually walking through the exact plans that will be built for you - doing this early, helps you identify what changes need to be made so the plans are perfect!

When you over capitalise on your build, essential, it means you've spent more than its worth. We can sometimes get carried away with the 'nice to haves' as tings that are essential - when they're not! But it's really important to be clear on what will add value and what won't.

Top 3 tips in understanding your floor plan!
3️⃣➡️ Use your existing space to compare with. If your current bedroom is 3x4 but you're building a 4x5, comparing with your existing space can help you visualise how much you'll gain/loose
2️⃣➡️ Visiting display homes can help you visualise & compare with your own plans. This one is a bit tricky, because you cant compare holistically (if you're not building the exact home) but for spaces like bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen configurations, comparing with the display to what you have can also help you visualise the difference
1️⃣➡️ Of course the *Ultimate* tip is going to be a walkthrough of your very own plans. That way you get to see the entire home and understand how it flows, if it makes sense for how you live AND if you're happy with where space has been allocated!

We recently travelled up north for a little R+R & some ☀️. As we begin to wind down this year, we are so immensely grateful for all the challenges + achievements. Some of our biggest wins this year have come from the biggest challenges. And, as next year begins to unravel, we can't wait to share these wins with you.
So remember, whether you're building a home or doing something else, be patient + stay persistent and you'll be surprised by what you can achieve. What have you achieved this year that you're proud of?

Don't settle for less! If you need more info or a bit more research to be done so you're clear on your options and how to best make your decisions - go and seek them out and ask the question! Sometimes slowing down ton get the right answers actually helps push you forward more than you think!

We often hear our customers say:
- We had trouble visualising the plans on paper
- We couldn't work out the sizing in our head
- We really needed to get clear on the scale and how big the home would be
Because understanding these things is *critical* in helping you make the right decisions for you & your lifestyle. No one else can assist there! You can get advice and opinions, but until you walk through it in real life scale, how will you know if it suits perfectly or not?
