We love hearing your stories, sharing little chats before and after class, and seeing the role Pilates has played in your lives. For some, it’s become an important part of staying strong, mobile and independent; for others, it’s simply time set aside for themselves each week.

Mother’s Day at Centre Studios is about celebrating the mums, mother figures, and the special people who support and shape us in all the ways that matter 🤍

This Sunday, we’re inviting you to share your practice with someone special and bring them along to class — on us 💛

Whether it’s your mum, a loved one, or simply someone you’d love to spend the morning with, we’re excited to welcome you both into the studio for a chance to move together, feel good, and enjoy some quality time side by side ✨

To book their free class, simply check your email for all the details and booking instructions.

Spots are limited and filling quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your place.
