Greater Springfield RSL Sub-Branch

We warmly invite you to join us as we commemorate Remembrance Day 11th Nov 2026 at the Circle Memorial in Robelle Domain this year.

Invitations are open to all members of our community who would like to be part of this special day of reflection and respect.
Let us come together to honor and remember.

Veterans & Families: Greater Springfield RSL Sub brunch Needs You.

Our sub-branch is moving fast, and we have big plans ahead.

We’re breaking the mold of the traditional RSL. Greater Springfield is here to support contemporary veterans and their families through genuine mateship, practical service, and active community events.

Even an hour a week or a fortnight from you can make a massive difference.

Join online: Go to rslqld.org/get-involved/membership and select Greater Springfield RSL Sub-Branch.

Lead from the front: If you want to take on a leadership role and give back to those who served, reach out—we have a place for you.
Help us make this a sub-branch every veteran is proud to walk into.

GREATER SPRINGFIELD RSL IS SHOWING UP 💪

Greater Springfield RSL Sub-Branch is proud to support Total Fusion Lions’ You vs You – Lions Den 24HR Ultra.

The important part:

YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO 24 HOURS!

From 9:00am Friday 23 October to 9:00am Saturday 24 October, Brighton Homes Arena will bring our community together for 24 hours of movement, connection and mental-health awareness.

Walk for a while. Run a few laps. Set yourself a bigger challenge. Bring a mate. Or simply come down and be part of the community supporting those taking part.

There’s no need to match somebody else’s distance or pace.

Your challenge is yours.

Greater Springfield RSL will be there supporting the event and participants throughout the 24 hours, and we’d love to see our veterans, families, friends and wider Springfield community getting involved.

RUN. WALK. SHOW UP.

How will you show up?

Great news for veterans and their families! Goes to show what we can do when we band together

Christmas can be a tough time for veterans in our community for a variety of reasons. Whether because they're experiencing hardship, had a rough year, feeling alone or struggling with mental health

If you know a veteran or their family you think could do with some extra Christmas cheer this year send us a message so we can nominate them to receive a Christmas hamper

Nominations close 17th of September

Happy Father's Day to all the amazing dads out there, including those that are no longer with us. We appreciate you!

Lest We Forget

Today on Vietnam Veterans’ Day, we honour and remember the 60,000 Australians who served, and the 523 who never came home from the Vietnam War.

We also recognise the families who supported them, and those who returned and carried the impact of their service.

To all Vietnam Veterans: thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your resilience. We remember you. We thank you. We stand with you.

Have your say on the allied health care cap
