Do you have a first birthday in the family this year? I love love love my babes first birthday shoots, they're just as treasured as their newborn photos, I very much recommend saving and celebrating this very special milestone for both of you with a few snaps for the photo album 📸🫶🏼

This is pretty much the face I made this morning when I realised the date🤭 With the school holidays flying by I thought I'd jump on and say happy new year! I'm working on some exciting things admin wise and can't wait to talk to you about them once school is back. Advent is here🥳 I got to capture the best kind of Christmas present this weekend🎁

I think at this point we need to officially make this gorgeous mama and daughter the Hazel Memories resident duo after they came back for a third shoot this year🙌🏼 What a privilege🥹🎄

This sweet sibling duo made my job super easy!

Buttt that’s not always the case as my own kids reminded me this week. I got a whopping 1 (yes one) photo of all three of my kids looking at the camera… I took over 500 pictures btw 😳 So what do we do when they just won’t look? Movement, connection, play!

These pictures are just as special and are always my favourite. If being worried your kids won’t sit and look is the reason you’re putting off photos imagine their laughter and play framed on your wall instead😍

Rainy weekends may have pushed back our Christmas minis but a little sun yesterday gave me the chance to get my own kids Christmas photos done🎄Looking forward to seeing you all over the next week or so ☀️
