GOVERNMENT SCREWED YOUR SMSF PLAN?
I’m not going to sugarcoat it, that’s a kick in the teeth for a lot of good mum and dad investors.

Residential SMSF was a legitimate, proven strategy. We’ve helped clients build serious wealth with it.

But the game has changed. And sitting still isn’t an option.

So here’s what the smart money is doing right now 👇

Commercial Warehouse deal secured for a client - 6% plus
Price: $515k
Market rent: $38,000pa approx

Commercial property inside super has always been underrated.
* Longer leases
* Tenant pays outgoings
* Strong yields
* Still 100% allowed in your SMSF

The government took one door away.
There’s another one wide open

Are you going to walk through it or are you still standing at the closed one?

Drop a comment below, where are you at with your SMSF strategy right now? 👇

Being on the ground everyday, finding great investment deals for you, is what we do! 🔥

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Labor has agreed to ban future SMSF borrowing for residential property purchases.

Existing loans are expected to be protected, but the rules could soon change for future investors.

More details to come.

What an incredible turnout in Singapore.

We were proud to partner with Odin Mortgage & Tax and HSBC to provide Australian expats with a complete wealth-building strategy for investing back home.

Together, we explored the key areas that matter most when investing from overseas, including property acquisition, finance structuring, tax considerations, and long-term wealth creation.

Our team also discussed the proposed Federal Budget changes, current market conditions, and emerging opportunities across Australia, while answering the questions many expats struggle to get clear answers on.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such an engaging session.

If you couldn't make it this time, we'd still love to help. Book a consultation with our team to discuss your property investment goals and create a strategy tailored to your circumstances, for our team to help secure your next investment property.

AM I WRONG❓
The Australian property market doesn’t care about your opinion. Here’s what it cares about.

The 2026 budget didn't touch the actual problem.

Here's the maths:

Australia is short 200,000–300,000 homes right now

1.5 million more Australians arriving over the next 5 years

Only 980,000 new homes projected to be built in that same period

Government's own target was 1.2 million, we're already 220,000 short

We're adding people faster than we're adding roofs.

This isn't opinion. This is the supply and demand problem the government has no answer for.

So what happens to prices when demand keeps growing and supply can't keep up?

You already know.

The market doesn't care about sentiment. It doesn't care about interest rates as much as people think. It cares about one thing more people than places to live.

That gap isn't closing anytime soon.

Are you still waiting for a crash or are you getting positioned?
