When Caroline completed her CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health with Partners in Training, it opened the door to a career focused on making a genuine difference in people's lives.
This qualification equips students with the skills to create meaningful activities and experiences that bring joy, spark memories, build confidence, and encourage social connection. You'll learn how to support older people, people living with dementia, and those with complex support needs to live fuller, more engaged lives.
Graduates may find employment across the aged care, disability, and community services sectors in roles such as Recreation or Activities Officer, Wellbeing or Engagement Officer, Diversional Therapy Assistant, and Lifestyle Team Leader.
