Hi Yogi's.....

Following the closure of FIX...a few have reached out to see if I am teaching anywhere. At this stage I am looking at a Monday 5.30pm class and also a Thursday 9.15am class at Shepparton Osteo in Nixon Street, directly opposite the FIX building. This is dependant on numbers...If you would like to join either class on a term basis please email [email protected] or message through here and I'll send you further details. I also teach Tuesday nights at 6pm, some vacancies maybe available for next term starting in a few weeks. There are many great teachers in our area and I'm sure more will come and fill the void. I encourage you to keep up your yoga practice....I believe now more than ever that it is essential for a happy and healthy life.

Free Meditation Session

Dear Friends,

Meditation is a way of calming the mind, making us more peaceful, balanced and focused in our daily lives. Ultimately, it enables us to awaken our spiritual potential and find lasting joy and contentment.

The Buddhist Association of the Goulburn Valley is cordially inviting you to join a Meditation Session on Saturday 28th of May 2022 from 3.00 pm to 3.45 pm at the Shepparton Senior Citizens Centre (132 Welsford St, Shepparton VIC 3630).

This meditation session will be conducted by Venerable Phra Ronrawee from Dhammakaya Meditation Centre Melbourne – Sunbury.
