Would you believe us if we told you Lalas is making a comeback? 🥳

It will be a little different than what we used to be, we have decided to stick to our passion and cultural roots of cooking traditional Island food.

What does this mean?

We will be selling fully loaded pre packed suppas/plates of a mixed range of our Island food, from a new location every Friday night, kicking off in a couple weeks! Delivery will also be available.

This will include but not limited to a range and options of the following.

✳Taro / green bananas / kasava
✳Turkey Tail / Povo Masima / Lamb Ribs
✳Baby Octopus / Luau / falai maukegi
✳Fried Rice / Stir Fries / Falai elegi
✳Seafood Chowder / Fried Fish / Raw Fish
✳Coconut curry / Fried Chicken / Roasts
✳Pig or Lamb on spit / Range of fresh Salads

Its with great sadness we're announcing that as of Friday (tomorrow) Lalas Lunchbar will close indefinitely. Covid hasn't been all that kind to us this time around, and we have some big competitors sourranding us, and building daily, despite giving it our all and fighting it's time to reluctantly hang up the tongs, and move on.

Lalas opened on the day of our first Victorian lockdown, and weve survived all of them until now because of You guys, so to all our family, friends and loyal customers that have helped us push through the last two years we are so grateful we've had the opportunity to run this business with your on going support. A sincere heartfelt THANK-YOU! ❤✊

We are trading today and tomorrow, with a very limited menu, please do not be dissapointed if we do not have in stock what youd like, we are trying to run our stock out. NO ISLAND BUFFET TOMORROW NIGHT!

Its been a rollercoaster, but we wouldn't change a thing, we're excited to be moving into new chapters.
