This….is what goes into… this. This good looking and great smelling Mojo Pork Roast is ready for our Cubano Sandwiches for this Saturdays Winter Ball. The Cubano sandwich is the bomb with finely sliced mojo pork, Virginian ham, Swiss cheese, yellow sweet pickle and mayo on a toasted focaccia roll.
